Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Avoid the use of cleaners and abrasives. Do not place in bathrooms or areas with excessive moisture. Colors of natural materials: The color of the product you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the natural material colors and it is 100% handmade. All products are hand-made with natural materials. They can be greenish at the beginning however within a few days they will become more like the picture, on the other hand, the picture might look different on a different monitor screen. Shipping and Returns
- For returning a product You only have 7 days to report damaged, defective, missing or wrong items from the delivery.. You will then have additional 30 days to have the product returned to us from the moment of its approval.
- We will accept a return as long as all merchandise is in the original packaging and received back in the condition in which it shipped.
- RMA number must be assigned and we request tracking information in advance.
- Refund for the order will be upon receipt of the item and not before.
