FortDecor Refund and Return Policy

At FortDecor.com, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our Refund and Return Policy outlined below.

1. General Return Policy

We accept returns on most items purchased from FortDecor.com within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Items must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Certain custom or personalized items may not be eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us:
Email us at support@fortdecor.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item.

Package Your Return:
Safely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Item:
Send the return to the address provided in our response. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a free return for damaged or defective items and issue a full refund or replacement. To expedite this process, please include:

  • Photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

4. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note the following:

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item because you changed your mind, the following fees will apply:

  • You will need to pay for the return shipping cost for the original item.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • You will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the credit to appear on your account may vary based on your financial institution.
