Return & Exchange FAQs

  1. How do returns work?
    If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase or your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@fortdecor.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We offer free returns for damaged or defective products. However, if you change your mind, return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will apply. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  2. Can I exchange my item?
    If you'd like to exchange your item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, a 15% restocking fee, and the cost of shipping the new item.
